Comic for 2008-04-28

So, around 1:00 am last night, while having a few drinks after the Con with Jennie Breeden, I realized two things:

One, that I had to work at 8:00 in the morning.

And, two, that I had a 3 hour drive ahead of me.

*whimper*

So, this morning’s update is going to be pretty minimal. I’m hoping to post more pictures and stories from the Con this afternoon, once I’m done work. (And assuming that coffee is still strong enough to keep me functional!)

Oooh a reply response? Intriguing, I must test this little goodie methinks….

    *ahem*

I tip my marvelous hat to you madam for producing one of my favorite web comics to date. not only does it point out the absurdities of my geekish life but gives me all the justification I should ever wish or require to keep on paying my dues to the dice gods and keep dreading their divine wrath.

This is one of my top favorite comics. And I don’t, you know, speak Elvish or play DnD or anything. I’m still pretty geeky tho.

This comic made me realize that its ok to be yourself…. most of the time… >.>
XD great job on it btw.

  7. Off this topic but relating to the IKEA as dungeon crawl concept in the strip–IKEA also has “secret doors”. If you know your way around, you don’t *actually* have to go through the entire maze, there are these little inobvious shortcuts.

  8. Ryan Says:

glad to hear you dragged yourself through the day successfully, but please, PLEASE tell me you’re in such pain because you knew well enough to wait those last couple of drinks off before driving home…

  9. Layne Says:

SHE didn’t do the driving, I did. I had one Guiness, about 4 1/2 hours before we left… after that, I was drinking iced tea.

    Only responsible drivers here. :-)
