Star Pirates is a browser-based MMO that’s free to play. It’s easy to learn, and only takes a few minutes to manage your ship, meaning that it’s perfect to play whenever you have a little spare time! In Star Pirates, you take on the role of the captain of a pirate ship, and you have the option to customize your ship, research upgrades to your weapons, engines and shields, and install new parts to make your ship the ultimate at raiding and pillaging other ships! And, since no pirate game would be complete without the usual piratical vices, there is a wide array of gambling to indulge in to earn yourself some extra credits!
Oh, and I didn’t even mention the coolest part yet. One of the best parts of the game is being able to play as part of a fleet. Fleets are a huge and exciting part of Star Pirates. Join a fleet, and besides all of the benefits of protection, sharing of resources, and meeting new people, you’ll be able to wage war against other fleets in an epic star battle!
