Broken… brain… should not have clicked. It’s like Star Wars was a 70’s surfer flick.

  3. That was actually kinda cool. Star Wars meets Elvis or something, only without the backup babe singers.

I enjoyed it; I kind of like the slight change in cadence. Really the only turn off for me was the sax towards the middle.

I love Big Daddy! Their shtick is that they were a cover band that’s been lost on a desert island since the mid 60’s, so the only musical styles they know are older than that. Some really funny stuff.

  14. AWESOME! I love Big Daddy’s work, and this is a fine example of them at their best. I definitely get that whole surfer vibe thang… and I like it! Now, excuse me while I throw on my baggies, grab my Wahine and make for the beach, daddy-o!

First thing I thought of was Bill Murray singing Star Wars (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=53DQgbj2mIc), but after listening to it, it’s totally different.
