Hey guys!! Sorry for the con strip, but things have been busy at the Weregeek H.Q. We’ll be back to the regular storyline on Wednesday, after I’ve had a chance to catch up on the ol’ buffer a bit!!
Pure Spec was an absolute blast, but I really should have known better than to try and jam a con and a LARP in the same weekend. Oh, so sleepy!! Going to go curl up and sleep for ages now!!! Even the horrible taste of Romulan Ale cannot keep me awake any longer…

I wish I were still LARPing on a regular basis. I remember when I started doing it- I’d run for three days on nothing but Mt. Dew and food I bummed off other players…then I’d go home eat enough food for a few people my size and sleep for two days straight, I loved it!

That Romulan ale sounds rather tame (which is probably a good thing). When I was at uni’ the students of the University of Bochum told me that they had actually made their own version of the Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster. I can’t remember all the ingredients but 2 of them were pure alcohol and liquid nitrogen!
