Hey everyone! Just made it back from Gen Con. Speaking of which – OMG it was awesome!!! Should hopefully be able to expound upon the awesomeness when I’ve had more sleep and am once again coherent, but for the moment, let me just say “SQUEE!”
This is a sketch that I did at the show. A very nice Weregeek commissioned it, saying that she’d based her Shadowrun character loosely on Abbie. Her character is a Cat Shaman (hence the shadowy cat spirit lurking in the background) who has a slight obsession with Hello Kitty (hence the barettes and patches on the shoulders of her cat suit).
One of my favorite parts of Gen Con is being able to draw other people’s characters, and I was flattered that the comic had inspired her to make a SR character.
But, I do believe I’m rambling. Enjoy the sketch, and I’ll see you on the other side of a full night’s rest. (Oh, 8 hours sleep, you unthinkable luxury… I shall soon have you….)

I have been playing Shadowrun lately too. :3 A friend of ours happened to have it, and when I heard he was offering to GM for us, I was super excited from reading this.
