Well, I guess I’ll ask: how *is* the FFG Star Wars? I’ve only played the one from 2002 (don’t know the edition, sorry), which was pretty much like 3.0 IN SPACE and it was AWESOME! Is/are SoE and such any good?

I really love the X-Wing min. game. It’s a ton of fun and easy to pick up.

Well, I already backtracked to last Thursday’s comic to post my thoughts on poor Ned’s portrayal here, so…
My experience with Fantasy Flight is limited so far – I’ve fiddled around with the Star Wars d20 book and most of the 40K RPGs, but their only game I’ve actually played is Dark Heresy. It was fun.
About to run a 40K game for some classmates, though; should be interesting.

FFG also makes the Warhammer 40k roleplaying game. Would be interested to see what comes out of this, just hope that it does not delay the conversion of Deathwatch and Rogue Trader’s foray into the 2nd edition stuff!

FFG is responsible for my favorite 3rd party D&D setting, Dragonstar. Unfortunately, they have not kept it current. Fortunately, Paizo pretty much has, now that they’re doing Iron Gods.
