Needed this, I refreshed the page like 30 times. “Puppy” is cute:D but does he have fleas? (sorry for the crappy English)

I have no idea how Mark managed to wag his tail but it’s adorable. Someone is having a lot of fun with his character.

Hey, as someone who generally plays intelligent characters, it’s occasionally just fun to unwind with a comically stupid character, or a combat monster. Or both, at once.

@Frank: Alina’s just characterizing for entertainment value. It help separate IC from OOC. After all, Katie’s not that short. She’s taller than Abby and Sarah (but not by too much).

@Ozzi: Part of that’s in the rules. It’s a White Wolf game, and if you roll a 10 on the die, you can roll it again for more successes — unless you’re a Beast (like Mark) rolling on Intelligence. No “10 again” rule for that one. (In-universe, it represents the fact that, once you’ve been a mindless animal for a while, not all of your mind makes it back…)

Wagging tail based on mood is doable though the make a headset that reads your mood snd can control a tail and set of ears

Wait, that rose to the left… Well played. (Assuming you meant it to be like the rose in Beauty And the Beast.)

Wagging tail? We’ve moved out of the “people in costumes” universe and into the game universe. Everything is more “real” in the comic once a game begins.

I didn’t know a “Mog” was a standard fantasy character. “I’m my own best friend!”

I’m quite impressed by Mark’s acting here – sure, like others have commented, this seems to be going into ‘special effects’ territory, but even outside of that I’m impressed by how casually he’s doing this.
In his role as the new vampire, I felt a lot more of the ‘real him’ bled through.

Oh, and as an addition to people commenting on how it seems to have gone past ‘playing a game’ territory; Duh, just look at miss fire-fairy. She was in an in-game area (or at least implied-to-be-in-game area, given how the Storyteller behaved) earlier without any paint.
Now she’s bright red and stuff.
Expect ‘special effects’ until her body-paint disappears and the troll-thing stops being quite so big and real-looking.

…. Is it me, or am I reading into this too much and thinking that the “Monster” that Katie is talking about is really Ravenia? Because she doesn’t know about the Poly this?

Purple Parfait: The monster she’s referring to is one of the multitude of Changeling-eating monsters that live in the Hedge. 🙂
