That’s a wrap

Looks like they pushed that scene all the way to the end of game! It sucks ending a great scene a little early, but sometimes, you only have the site rental for so long!

Also, for those who are wondering about the glowy magic in the first panel – In Changeling: The Lost, Pledges have real power. They can give you all sorts of bonuses or new merits when you swear them, but if you break them, that all rebounds in on you! The Wyrd punishes Oathbreakers most severely…

Actually, that makes perfect sense; all the lore on every kind of fey I’ve ever read or heard all tells that making a promise or giving your word to a fey is binding. And breaking your word has nasty consequences; from ill luck cursing your days, to being pursued as an oathbreaker by the wild hunt~

I started reading from page 1 a few days ago, I’m only on 2013, and I can’t get enough. I hope making this series brings you plenty of mirth in the future.

Oh, so it IS Jim playing the Winter King. I thought he looked like him, but wasn’t totally sure. He hadn’t mentioned that at the start of the game!

You’d willingly agree to a binding like that? That seems totally wyrd to me.

In LARP it can be fun to play out a scenario which places you between the proverbial rock and the hard place. Also it looks as if Woe is going to be a major part of how the ST messes with the player’s heads. I think I’m looking forward to how this plays out as well.
