It’s almost Halloween!

Well, Halloween is *almost* here. Are you guys as excited as I am? I know that in year’s past, I’ve mentioned here on the blog how it’s one of my favorite holidays. Candy, costumes, and scary stores are my idea of a great holiday. Plus, it’s the only time of year when you can go out for after-game coffee wearing your costume and no one will give you a second look! (Though, to be fair, the servers at our local haunt are used to us. Our latest waitress was actually quite excited by our Steampunk costumes, and was asking alot of questions about where we’d gotten them and how we’d made certain props. It was neat!)

I’d originally been planning on doing some kind of superhero costume, but my steampunk costume turned out so well that I hate to pack it away already, so I’ll be wearing it about to various parties this weekend.
