Happy U.C.A.S Day, Chummers!!

I know, I know, technically UCAS’s Union Day is in October, but I always thought it made more sense to celebrate the two countries on July 2nd or 3rd – right in between Canada Day and the 4th of July. I mean, people from both countries are already used to eating hot dogs and exploding things around that time of year anyway, so why change it up? (Also, by October, it’s pretty much past picnic weather in the northern portions of the UCAS. You’d be more comfortable with, say, a bonfire night instead, to keep off the late-fall/early-winter chill.)

Anyway – I hope everyone has a wonderful time watching the sky sparklies explode, and enjoys whatever sort of regional cuisine goes best on a grill. (Non-North Americans, that goes for you too. No reason not to enjoy some grilled food in the summertime!)
